Ben began working with Barry Papazian and Alan Heisey in 1987 and the three of them (together with Michael Myers) formed Papazian Heisey Myers as founding partners in 2001.
Ben has extensive and varied experience in civil litigation, having appeared before all levels of the Ontario courts, as well as administrative tribunals related to the financial services industry. His particular expertise is in the field of insurance and professional liability defense and assisting licensees in disciplinary proceedings commenced by their governing regulatory bodies. Ben also has broad experience in general commercial litigation, including construction, franchising and employment disputes.
