Arash has a wealth of experience, both onshore and cross-border. Throughout his years, he has represented his clients at the Superior Court, the Divisional Court, the Tax Court of Canada, the Court of Appeal, and in leave applications to the Supreme Court, in addition to regularly appearing at the specialized Commercial List, Estates List, and the Bankruptcy Court.

In his free time, Arash enjoys travelling and spending time with his wife, two cats and friends. 

Representative Work Includes

  • For 5 years Arash has acted as counsel of record in the complex cross-border litigation originating from Hong Kong as a result of the $1 Billion insolvency of the former Chairman and CEO of Akai Holdings Limited.
  • Arash has acted for a major creditor in the bankruptcy/fraud litigation case of Aiden Pleterski (the Crypto King)
  • Counsel of record for a Landlord in the Mastermind Toys CCAA proceedings
  • Counsel for a major contractor in the University of Toronto Ramsey Wright Laboratories construction lien litigation
