Justin is a litigator and spends a substantial part of his time as a courtroom lawyer. He has conducted a number of trials in the Superior Court of Justice and has argued at the Court of Appeal. He has appeared before the Labour Relations Board, the Landlord and Tenant Board and other regulatory bodies. He practices in a wide range of areas, including commercial litigation, wrongful dismissal, professional liability and general litigation.
While in law school at the University of Windsor, Justin was awarded the Constitutional Law Prize for proficiency in that field.
